Ethan was very professional, nice, friendly, and had a calm and patient demeanor. I also appreciated his ability to explain how/why a concern was recommended in a more simplied way for me to better understand and justify the expense. FYI...a shoutout to Clemente for his professional and friendly assistance while paying for my service and repairs. (Both Ethan and Clemente are relatively new employees at Longo. Great hiring!). On a different note to Longo Management: You are always surveying your guests, but what about your employees? Based on this week’s service and my prior service (which was the day before your Christmas dinner party), I spoke to several employees at the Concierge and Guest check out desks at both visits. Instead of high-end, beautifully plated food (with less food on the plate), they would much prefer something a little less high-end that results in a bit more food on their plates. You should really discreetly inquire how many team members went out to eat AFTER leaving the holiday party! But, the overall consensus is that your team members really enjoy the party and appreciate you giving this to them—especially since it now held as a company-wide holiday party! And to think, this all started when I asked “so how was the holiday party?” Will you please take into consideration what your team members are saying? I hope you do...just the ones I spoke to this week are worth it (Ethan, Ryan, Clemente, Dora, Trish, and a couple of others that I apologize for neglecting to remember their names!)!
