I was assigned to someone I had never met before the service date. My service rep Albert Lopez was not there and I was assigned to Martin Torres. After being told initially that my Bluetooth connection could be looked at within the time period allocated for service to my car which would be ready at 11:00 am, I was then told the Bluetooth diagnostic exam would require 3 additional hours and an unknown labor charge. I declined and consented to the 2 additional services of brake fluid change and engine steam clean since that would not take too long. After an additional hour for the add on services, I drove 50 miles back home to find my Bluetooth had been disconnected despite my instructions that I did not want the Bluetooth diagnostics based on the time required. I called and left 2 messages for Martin Torres and 1 for Teddy to ask why the Bluetooth was disconnected. No one called back and I then called for the service manager. I spoke to Matthew Menendez who tried to assist me over the phone in reconnecting he Bluetooth. That attempt failed. I was able to get a third party to reconnect my Bluetooth on Saturday night and sent Matthew a text message immediately advising him so that a mobile technician was not dispatched on Sunday or Monday. He has not responded as of yet. I am not accustomed to poor customer service from Longo Toyota and that is the reason my husband and I both drive a long distance for service of our two Toyota autos when there is a Toyota dealership 2 miles from our home. I am disappointed with the level of care in the final inspection of the car before being handed over to the owner. Martin or Teddy should have insured my Bluetooth was replaced in the original mode when additional diagnostics was declined. The worst part of it was being ignored by them in not returning my phone calls for help initially once I returned home.

Albert was Great when I first spoke to him over the phone, Kevin was Awesome when My Wife and I got there to the dealership and showed us several different trucks to choose from and we real liked the no pressure attitude Ruby Woo was great and fast getting the financial paper work completed and Patty was Great when we picked up our new truck and showed us all the bells & whistles, It was such a Great Experience, What an Awesome Team of People, they made our experience awesome, we our very Happy with our new truck!
