when i came in for maintenance ssrvice, noticeable Mandi Davis was on her day off, so i approached noli evangelista, he said something about a policy so i still got mandi as my service rep., but she was on her day off that day. so i did not get initialy updates on my service i have to ask noli about the progress of my service.
