It took about five hours to get an oil change and an airflow sensors installed.
I have a 2016 Toyota Prius. It’s a very big facility . I just don’t know why it took five hours To get it completed? Alex is a nice representative but The service took too long! Now I believe that’s why they call Longo Toyota.

My service provider was Agustin Juaregui . He was very accommodating letting me have my 4 point inspection that day instead of me letting my car stay overnight and I return next day. He explained what happened and so far I have no problem with my car . Thanks for an excelllent service

Very unsatisfying, coming from Lexus services I can surely say Toyota service is bad.i had to return to have my service corrected and still didn't fix it. Your service people have I don't care attitude. Both times I was there it took almost 8 to 9 hours to service my car and what made it worse wasn't done right. I will not be returning.
