Asked to have recalls/TSB checked. No idea if it was even done as it's not on report, which was very important to me since it was my first service since buying my car at Carmax. Waited 40 minutes to pick my car up later that evening because they couldn't find it anywhere for some reason, which definitely didn't make me feel good thinking they misplaced it. Not a good first experience.
