Bruce provided great customer service. He always explains the condition the car is in and explains everything else, which I truly appreciate as someone who knows nothing about cars. I’ve been going with him since I had my first car. I really appreciate that he gives me a heads up about future parts that need to be replaced because they are wearing out so I can budget and save up for it.

I was waiting at home while my was in maintenance. Denial called me around 11:00 said need the replace a filter which I ok for it, and I appreciate very much that he gave me some discount when I ask to lower the price as I am out of work at time being. He said my car can be ready in one hour. It was around 11:20. I waited until around 1:30 pm, there was no calls from Denial, I started to call him 3 times, he didn’t pick up my calls. Almost 2:00 he call me back said the car is ready, and tell me to call Lift go to Toyota. I arrived Longo Toyota around 2:30 , checked in at cashier and paid the service charge. I have to wait until 5:30 to see my car driven down to the waiting area. Your cashier who is a black lady saw me waiting and helped me to check. I don’t understand why I have to wait for that long time to get the car. My family bought 3 cars from Longo Toyota since 2005, I sense that the service is getting worse, even I had an unhappy experience from last service, but I raised no complaint as I thought it was due to Pandemic, but this time, I must bring up your attention or either put to social media.
