When I was there to service my car, I told your desk personel about the problem of my car and I said also, can you tell your personel mechanic/technician to check the battery of my car because I think the battey was weak then, he said ok. Then after my car was done in service your incharge desk personnel told me that the battery was in good condition according to the mechanic/technician. So, I drove my car going home..In this morning, after I dropped off my son in the school When I was in the traffic light again, the engine of my car was shut off and there was no power and I asked somebody to help me to jump start my car and after that, my car was starting again. When I arrived in my home I pulled out the battery and brought it to Autozone Store and when they tested the battery, the result was bad so I bought one new battery to replace it. You know what, It is hard to stop the car in the corner of the traffic light if the car wouldn't start and no power beacuse of the bad battery and it will cause also the heavy traffic to other cars.
