old parts of cabin and air filters were not returned as requested and written on contract. when picking up car I asked the attendant if the old parts were in the car. He said, “they should be in there”. The old parts were not in the car and the car came back dirty. I had to walk back to station 8 to request my old parts and asked for a car wash. Bad attitude from attendant, made you feel like he was being bothered. Spent an extra 30-40 minutes of my time try to fix things.
