I wasted over an hour waiting to called after being notified that my Truck was ready and to listen for the page in about 10 minutes. That page to never came so after about an hour I stepped up to the counter and show them my paperwork from when I checked in for service which has all the correct info, the service agent found my paperwork with my truck on but the plate number and name was incorrect someone named Maria. It took another 30 minutes or so to get everything corrected. This cause me to miss an appointment as well. I really feel that some Thule of root cause should be found and communicated to me. My family and I do a lot of business with Toyota and I’m exstreamly disappointed
