Alex was great, but your mechanic did not rotate my tires and I was charged for that procedure. I didn't notice it until I picked up my car. I returned to service and informed Alex. He apologized and assured me that he will credit back my credit card or send me a check. Not a big deal, but I have been with Longo for a number of years and this was the first time I have had a problem with the service dept.
