I only spoke with Jeremy when I dropped off the car. The other two person couldn't explain what was done to my car. Asked for supervisor who just gave excuses. Matthew was supposed to do a test drive with me when I picked up my car and was in a meeting and not available at the time we agreed. So I left without doing the test drive. Told them to have him call me and I still haven't received a call back to reschedule. So I guess I will have to go to corporate office to address my concerns.

Nolie was fantasic, so was the servie guy,so in that sense i was satisfied but i still think there is a problem with the fuel injection, it seems to show itself more when the engine is cold. It didnt do it on the test drive. It seems to have some kind of delay when i step on the gas but it does not do it as much when the car is warmed up.

1- They service a customer who came after me
2- mr Jason tsui:
A) doesn’t know how to smile
B) he asked me: are you Marian????
I replied, no I’m nash and he didn’t update record and they text me Marian the car is ready!!??
C) he insist to c the oil change coupon special in my phone??!! Although it is a longo promotion and not expired, shouldn’t he apply it automatically but he likes to give me a hard time.!!!!
3- I got the car at 5pm not as promised at 4:30pm
4- the did not top off all fluid and when I report it to one of the supervisors Matthew McCarty, he support that yes it should be mid way???? Which I never heated that.
5- it looks like they checked the battery but they didn’t bother to cover the battery
