Upon receiving my vehicle back from service, I noticed damage on 3 of 4 of my wheels. Very evident damage located on the edges on my lug nuts wells. I know for a fact I did not have that damage on my aftermarket wheels prior to service.
I flagged down Kayla and voiced my concerns. She took pictures and was very apologetic. She informed me that the tech was "very behind" and "was rushing work to get caught up." These comments really didn't sit well with me because it was not a good excuse for the carelessness seen in the simple work of tire rotation. She told me she would forward this information to her manager and open a claim. She said she would get back to me via email or phone call and I have yet to hear back from her, or anyone at Longo Toyota for that matter.
I'm very disappointed in the service this time around. The last time I was in, the work and service was exceptional.
I'm going to need someone to get back to me regarding this matter in a timely fashion.
