It's been going on since 2017 about some water spots after the dealer wash the vehicle. But today was not the case. The vehicle didn't get washed which is OK. There some water spot outside where the wiper blades make contact with the windshield. I'm proud to be Longo customer and love the people there. It seems the detailing team need some sort of direction about returning clean vehicle to customer. It's contradicting when you greet customer with paper to keep the floor mat clean, but not when returning vehicle to a customer.

Eric was very attentive. He reminded me about the recall on the airbag of my Toyota Venza. Unfortunately, Toyota mfr still has not had the concrete date on when it will be replaced. Eric informed me the great voucher longo Toyota offered and he also called me 15 minutes before the completion of the service and the maintenance of my car to inform me that everything went well. Eric is a valuable employee of longo Toyota because he cares about his customers.
Now, I hope Toyota will be doing its job as good as Eric by replacing my airbag ASAP!
