Albert was great! He was incredibly helpful and upfront about everything. I am grateful he was the one that helped me. The shuttle service on the other hand was terrible. They told me that they would text me when the shuttle was ready to pick me up and I am still waiting for the that text 48hrs later. Also the woman who helped me at the concierge line was unable to stop laughing throughout my interaction with her because she was too busy laughing at the customer before me. It was highly disrespectful, unprofessional and possibly racist due to the fact that the customer was Asian and she was laughing at the customers difficulty understanding. If it wasn't for Albert I would have taken my over a decade of consistent business elsewhere.
