I was told I was going to be charged for repairing a flat. I told the young man that I had purchased the tire package and he insisted I didn’t have it. It wasn’t until after he looked a couple of times that he saw I did have the package.
Additionally, the tire was not at Longo and had to be brought in from the warehouse. I was there from 6:30 am until about 1:30pm when the part was supposed to come. Luckily I had my computer and you had free WiFi.
