When my representative mentioned the diagnostic would cost $150.00, I said ok. When i was notified my tundra was ready. I noticed on the paper work that it said that I declined. Engine light was still on unresolved. Having a business trip the next day i couldn't stick around till five knoing I had to find another means of transportation.

Paperwork was not complete when I went to pay for the car it did not match the price that was given to me when I brought the car and it was over 100+ dollars more than what I have been quoted when I brought the car in for service. Thirty mins later I finally paid bill but had to fight twice to get price quoted to me earlier. I am a very unhappy customer. You need to contact me concerning your poor customer service and manager
