The shuttle service was awful. The shuttle driver Jorge Anguiano needs training on following directions and customer service. I waited over an hour for a shuttle. I found Jorge sitting at the front concierge desk with Jay “waiting” for other people. Jorge drove to the the wrong location for my pickup. He texted me was ready, but then no further communication. I had to call Jay back for an explanation. Jay sent an Uber ride to pick me up. I know these employees are young, but who’s training them? The service is NOT recommended to the public.

Overall service was excellent but when you post coupons on your website that have no value to them seems to be deceitful, if not a complete bait and switch.
Having even called prior to inquire about the coupon and then to be told something completely different upon arrival is a major issue. Service wise, you guys are top notch no complaints there, being upfront and open about pricing of your services is another matter all together.
