First time hear and it was really not the way I wanted to start off with!! I call in to take my father car for a recall well before making the appointment the lady who took my call check if they had the part and she took her they did so she book me for this Saturday at 9:00am so I drop of the car got my paper work and told me the car was going to be ready until 3:00pm so I took of him two hours later they give me a call telling me that they don’t have the part and to go pick up the car
I did the booking a week ahead I think you guys could of give me a call about not having the park I would wast my time going back and forward it’s not nice!

Service was great, however I was scheduled for service at 10:30 am and the mirai technician wasn’t available until 3:00 pm. Please make service schedule adjustments closer to the service time. I didn’t leave until 7:30 pm.
