Got the paperwork...the car sat there waiting for me to get it
But no paper work. Frustrating the enterprise folks

Mandi was very knowledgeable and personable. She gave me great advice about doing a brake inspection vs just jumping and doing Front brakes. Turns out she was right. Although my front brakes needed to be replaced, it turned out that my back brakes had a flaw from the last time I came in a month ago and had to be redone. Mandi thank you. I’ve been a customer since 1995. I’ve purchased 3 cars at Longo and consistently had all 3 cars serviced at Longo. Today’s service was my first experience of being upsold. I was told I have a bad battery and needed to replace it. I did not take the upsale and had it checked afterwards by another service where it was good and charging at 100%. And separately from that,the vendor who sold me the battery 2 years ago confirmed it as good and still under full warranty ! I’ve always trusted your service. I feel disrespected.
