Sales representative was great. However, both my cars (4Runner and Prius) serviced at Longo recently received problems that were not there before. My 4Runner running board keeps getting jam, and Prius brakes make really loud screeching noise.
Will stop using Longo in the future. I hope this message reach your management so that you would pay more attention to your technicians.
