There is no open communication as Mitzi did not tell the truth. She told me something, to my surprise, she did the opposite. When I brought out that issue to her attention, Mitzi then gave me a run around and excuses. Her supervisor did not reached out to try to resolve the issue, either. I feel very uncomfortable with Mitzi’s Team unprofessional treatment and truly hope other Longo’s customers did not experience similar dishonest business practice.

Ethan, Jeff, and Ryan were all extremely helpful! Even though the repairs spanned multiple days and they had to hand me off, it never felt that way and they all worked seamlessly as a team. This was my first service @ 5k and my first time having my car serviced at Longo Toyota. My service advisor ,Edward Lopez, came out to the waiting area to give me a report of my car’s tires. I was not aware of the damage to one tire but Mr. Lopez advise me to watch the tire and did not recommend replacing it at this time. I was very pleased with the thorough inspection.
