Concerned about technicians over-tightening oil filter. Glendora Toyota put oil filter on last time and now longo got it off successfully it appears. Longo literally had to break the oil filter off safely 2 get it out. Maybe oil filter design material could be made better to prevent over-tightening. I spent two hours myself trying to get it off.

For the first time we waited extra long. Our car was done but the paperwork wasn’t processed properly. After we called and were told it was done a long time ago we waited by the cashier until our paperwork was brought up and our car delivered. All in all the extra 30 min wait put us in more traffic than we hoped for. At least our car is clean and serviced!
