I was very disappointed with the service I had. One they did not properly inspect my tires after specifically telling them to do so because I have a nail in one of them along with a patch on a other. Two they did not vacuum the inside of my car and left water spots on the outside of my car. Third they did not rotate my tires even though on paper work it stated they did. I strongly believe they cut alot of corners while doing my 10k service because I had arrived one hour before they closed. Unacceptable.

Albert had great customer service. He made me feel comfortable to leave my car with them all day. Included offering me options for my current situation because I had to go home to my recovering pet; who couldn’t be left alone for long. I was in and out within minutes. He also called me to make suggestions on additional services. He offered me the best deal they had for that service/part that could be done in addition to the services I was going in for the day. He provided all the prices and varies ranges they came in. I was so impressed he took the time to explain everything to me. Albert and Alex are the best reps I have ever had at Longo. I wouldn’t want to get my car serviced with just anyone nor anywhere else for that reason.
