I just want to thank you guys off for fixing my car.. You guys brought my Car back to life. It was not working for 3 weeks. Customer service was really wonderful as a whole team especially Alex. Thank you so much. My car is running wonderful I know my car was in great hands by knowledgeable technicians. I will definitely come back here again. I had my car towed by AAA and I dodnt have to show up. Alex called me immediately when he recieved my car . U want someone quick at service? Pick Alex! Super friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Most of all he is patience at explaining to me what is wrong woth my car . He can explain it 3 times without being irritated.hes ao sweet and kind , he made my experience worth while . Ill definitely come back again and thanks to the technician who fixed my car!! I haven't not drove my car for 3 weeks because of the damage made by other mechanic. Price was reasonable. Picking up the car as easy and quick.

Service was fine, and the young man doing “triage” was great (not the writer); but if I had been offered an appointment when I called Toyota, before calling roadside service, and arriving for repair I would not have had to wait along time just to get service, and then another 31/2 hours - I could not get a ride because the concierge was closing in an hour when I got there… so I could get a one-way ride home but had no way to get back, so had no choice but to stay and wait, all to get just to end up getting air in my tires.
I have previously had great service every time…seems something has changed.
