The lady helping me was great and I believe the people processing the paper work took longer then expected.She gave me a call to let me know my car was ready and to proceed to the pay desk. However,The ladies at the pay desk were not friendly at all.
Instead of explaining the situation to me . They just said “your paper work is not ready and wait until you hear your name on the speaker”.
I called Mandi and she kindly explained to me what was happening. I didn’t mind waiting a little bit more for my vehicle, what really bothered me was the front desk/pay desk ladies with very poor customer service skills.
