VERY POLITE YOUNG MAN, HE WAS VERY HELPFUL.. HE EVEN LET ME KNOW DIRECTLY MY VEHICLE IS READY. I WAS NOT REALL AWARE OF THE ACCOMADATIONS OF MY CAR AND HE INFORMED ME VERY WELL ABOUT MY COVERAGE/WARRANTY. ALSO THE PRICES ON FUTURE SERVICES AND SO ON. SOMEONE PROMOTE THIS GENTLEMAN.
