I was lied to. After leaving my car at Longo for 3 days, they were only able to fix 1 of the 3 things I took it to service for. I recieved a call notifying me that my car was ready, yet it wasnt. I was left with out a car for 3 days and lied to and that is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF LONGO TOYOTA. I WILL CANCEL MY COSMETIC INSURANCE WITH LONGO FOR THE SIMPLE FACT THAT IM STILL NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH MY SERVICE. I ADVISED THEM THAT I WANTED A SMALL MINISCUAL OF A DENT REMOVED FROM MY GAS CAP/DOOR AND STILL TILL THIS DAY IT HAS A DENT. IM VERY UNSATISFIED WITH LONGO'S SERVICE. MY FAMILY AND I HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED CARS FROM THERE. BUT NEVER AGAIN. AFTER IM DONE PAYING OFF THE CAMRY I WILL NO LONGER GO BACK TO LONGO FOR ANY PURCHASES OF ANY KIND.
