I don,t think Emily is knowledgable enough to help out client. Plus, she don,t stay in customer site to understand what our real concern. This is the 2nd time I purchased the Toyota care plus service. It covered my 30,000 miles service when I purchased the first time. It is valuable in my first experience then I purchased the 2nd time. But Emily won,t allow me to use that to do 60,000 miles service. She can only choose 10,000 miles service. I told her my 30,000 service story and she has no patience and didn,t want to look up history on my record. Anyway, she is your employee. I will go back to my local shop who can understand me better. Longo is big and have enough client base, I don,t think you guys will care on my feedback. I also complaint my tire wear out very easily since I owned this vehicle. My milage is only 65,000 miles but I changed 4 tires 2 or 3 times at Costco. Costco told me the suspension issue. I rotate and balance tires every 5000 miles and I did alignment at Pepboy whenever I have 5000 mile service. They both told me I have to check on suspension too. Please review my repair record, I did report this problem to Longo,you guy always told me it is not Longo,s problem. They pushed me to Costco and Pepboy,I told Emily I used Michelin tire, the best one that came with the new car, the original tires worn out very fast too. I did report to Longo several times on this Lemon issue. I live in a very nice area and drive low milage but I don,t understand why I have to change tire so frequently. I keep all the fact and service record, I hope Longo and Toyota can take care of this Lemon issue. I came in for an oil change and to rotate my tires. The person didn’t place the number on top of our car, but on the bottom side of the driver side window. So, the employees thought that we have been help, when we were waiting for service. We waited for 30+ minutes to get helped. They were helping other cars in front us and we were waiting. We were under the impression that they saw us waiting there for help. When I got out of the car along with another person waiting behind me. We were finally helped. When he approached us, he said that they thought we were help cause the number sign was placed in the wrong location. When he finally helped us, he inputted my name and my recorded appeared. We saw a complaint notice appeared. When he saw that, the level of service declined. His attitude changed. When I inquired about shuttle service, he didn’t say anything and didn’t even look at me. He just brushed me off. Later on I found out that the service was closed at 1pm. The person at the front desk told me to go talk to him as he is the manger on duty. I didn’t speak to him cause I didn’t want any trouble and he was intimidating. When my service was completed, I usually get a phone call to let me know that my car was completed and any recommendation that is needed. I didn’t get any phone call. When my car was completed, I looked at the multi-point inspection form. They didn’t perform brake measurement inspection. Is that suppose to be included in the multipoint inspection? Overall service, was very disappointing. This was the first time that I have ever encountered this and I love coming to this place. I might have to reconsider and I wouldn’t want him as a service adviser in the feature. In addition, my complaint was not properly handled. I called to inquire about a duplicate charge and they said that they would refund my money as they saw someone else name Fransisco made a charge. They said for me to call back if I didn’t see my refund. 2 weeks later, I still didn’t see my refund, so I called back and no one answered. So I had to take the next action and contact my bank account. Placing a complaint notice for employees to see will change their level of service provided. I suggest to remove that feature for better quality service. I am a dissatisfied consumer and awaiting for your phone call.
