He was very nice. And attentive. I was greeted by a "senior" member before him for some part that was broken on my car and that guy was super rude! I guess some Senior members have really big egos and they forget how to treat customers but when I was passed on to Joseph, he was awesome. Great customer service! Some of those big shots could learn a thing or two from Joseph.

I brought in my car at 9:40 am and was told my car would be ready in 2-3 hours. Unfortunately I did not leave Longo until 1:15 pm. Monte was nowhere to be found and I had to speak to another advisor to check on my car. On top of that, my driver side window was rolled down when I was given my car. I rolled the window up and it appeared someone spit on the outside of my driver side window. Poor customer service considering I just purchased Toyota Care Plus for $329.

Emily was of great help when I arrived to collect my car after various services and a recall. The car was left quite dirty, with the fender and front bumper having large amounts of what appeared to be oil and coolant. This was unacceptable as the car is well taken care of and still looks new even though it was purchased in 2012. I was worried that the coolant sitting on the paint would harm it. Emily offered to detail the car and apologized for the issue and for having to keep the car for another two days. The car looked much better after the detail and Emily was great to deal with. Bruce, my original advisor, was also fantastic.
