After only 2 1/2 months brakes on new 4runner are making a noise. Checked in at around 7 a.m, was told it would take until 11. For 4 hours I did not receive a text or call regarding the status of my car. At 11:05 when I asked Juan said “they already called your name” I checked In with the cashier my car was not ready. I waited an additional 15-20 minutes. I approached Juan and he said I told my guy (whoever that was) to bring up the car. How could he tell me to go to cashier when my name wasn’t called and my car was not ready. Upon checking in I asked Juan for a courtesy car wash, when I picked up my car I was disappointed it was not washed.

I was quoted $578 for a transmission flush and your competition quoted me $220 which is a sa wings of $358 for me. I'm very dissatisfied as a customer because this tells me Toyota is price gouging their customers. Also Toyota refused to match the price after I provided proof of the lesser quote.
