I had made an appointment for an oil change. Arriving at 10:30 for my appointment I was told my car would be ready between 2:30and 3 o’clock.
A 4-4.5 hour wait is far to long for an oil change I had mad an appointment. Ryan explained to me that A lot of people showed up without appointments.
