Best service ever! If I lived here I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I was stranded 3 hours from home with a flat tire and they treated me like family. On a busy day, several employees hunted down a tire, found one, but had to overnight it, which was phenomenal! They drove me to and from my hotel, offered me anything they could to make me feel comfortable - phone chargers, transportation, personal cell phone numbers, and a wealth of kindness.
Covid has severely impacted car parts, tires, rental cars, and shipping logistics more than I ever imagined. Everyone at Key Auto Mall made a frustrating and difficult situation better for me on *many levels. I can’t thank them enough. Best service I’ve ever had anywhere - hands down!
