The technician forgot to put an updated service reminder sticker on the inside of my windshield. Everything else was fine. One other thing. I used your on line appointment scheduling feature and never received a confirmation. As it turns out the appointment never got scheduled and I had to reschedule the appointment by phone for a week later.

That was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. Zero quality, slow, zero safety, and overall poor/shoddy workmanship. The happiest moment was when I got the car back so I could get it to another shop for evaluation. Very surprised that any large automaker would even let Key use their logos.
