I was extremely disappointed that Mazda corporate would not replace an obviously defectively manufactured part without charge. There is nothing that I did to basically melt my dashboard. Replacing it without charge regardless of a warranty having expired by 2 months would have been the “more right” thing to do. So I appreciate Josh going the extra mile to get me a goodwill discount on the replacement. Thank you Josh for fighting for me and for your great customer service.

This was the second time in a roll that my tire pressures were set to a random number versus what is prescribed on the door jam. Low pressure light went on about a mile after. The pressure was set to nothing outlined on the tires or the vehicle. Second time
