I had an appt for 1pm, my vehicle wasn’t serviced until 2pm.
What good is an appointment if it’s not being serviced at that time? However, once my car’s service was started, it was about an hour which was perfect. My service consultant was pleasant and professional.

You took 7 months with my truck not knowing the problem when clearly it needed a new transmission bring gm technician and still couldn’t figure the problem gave back my truck with oil lick and stuff falling from the truck when I took you the truck it did not have none of that and when I told you you gave me attitude and told me that that did not have nothing to do with what you did to my truck but I f did not gave you my truck like that I would not recommend people buying trucks from them they take to long when trucks fail and do not give you rental unless you beg them that you need one worst experience ever
