Advisor robert was good, but when i went to pick up vehicle, sevice sucked. Denise was no help when i had questions about my issue. Vehicle took a while to pick up.

As usual, the service team and MK Smith delivered the most excellent customer service experience possible. I was notified of a recall and only had until 1/31/17 to schedule an appointment for complimentary services. True to my procrastinating ways, I did not call to schedule until 1/27/17. Now, not only was I able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday but I was in an out so seamlessly that I was still able to pick up my Son from school and get him some cool gear while I waited for him to arrive. Fast reliable car repairs always delivered with time to spare (does that rhyme? hahaha), that is my MK Smith Chevrolet experience...how about you???!!! Shout out to Mike Lara, thanks for getting me in and out at the exact time promised...and then some. MK Smith Chevrolet makes car repair into such a pleasurable experience that I actually look forward to taking my car in for maintenance, keep it up Yo!!!
