I made an appointment a week ago for a oil change. When I got to The service department I was told that they wouldn't get to my vehicle. So I was a little disappointed. the gentleman still took my keys but said it wouldn't be done until the end of day. Which was ok with me. When I picked up my car it wasn't washed and they didn't do the tire rotation. They said the wheel lock wasn't there but it was in the glove box. No one ever called to ask. I usually get really good service here and I understand that they were busy but I felt more of a inconvenience than a customer. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
