Although Jennifer and her team could not replicate my truck engine "missing", they spent the better part of two days trying to fix it, they tried to replicate it, but sometimes these things happen. I thought this effort was great and very professional. She kept me informed every step of the way. I will always ask for her when out truck needs servicing.

Dennis was good at communicating about what was going but unfortunately the issues I have with the truck were not resolve the transmission shifts hard going into 2nd gear and the rough idle and shaking they said was normal ? Mike was great, no issue with him. I was a little upset that I was charged $50 in labor to put a replacement U on in the “suburban “ on the side of the vehicle, after paying $70 for the letters! Cost me $120 for a 1 inch letter U!. I was also upset that my wheels were filthy with residue all over them from the new tires I got today. The sidewalls of the new tires were filthy too. Took me 20 minutes to scrub all the gunk off the wheels. I don’t understand why you guys don’t automatically wash every vehicle you service... seems like a no brained to me to establish good will withcyour customers.

I did incure a problem for the second time, my vehicle was haveing an oil change and tire rotation,got the car back and was missing two lugnuts also studs were stripped, mechanic must of used air gun to quicky too tight enough nuts, Andrew was great in fixing the problem for me, twice.
