Jennifer was very friendly & courteous. When I explained that we’d been waiting for our car & I wanted to know an eta she went above & beyond, she talked to the service men and made sure they knew we were waiting and got me a time estimate. I don’t live close enough to go home, wait and come back. Once our car was done she came out and thanked me for my patience and apologized for the wait. I will definitely ask for her for future services.
I would like to point out that we had an appointment and it still took 2.5 hours for an oil change. That is a long time to wait when you have an appointment.
