I did not appreciate Mike taking a personal call when he was helping me. It is rude to carry a long conversations around customers, specially when the conversation is not an urgent one. He was talking with someone about his swimming pool repair. The person on the telephone takes precedence over someone (me, customer) who happens to be standing and waiting while Mike was on the phone.

I did submit one item that could be improved. My tire pressure was off on all 4 tires per On Star. My hubby balanced pressure when he got home. It wasn't checked on order so I don't know if that's a standard thing that's looked at.
