The service department had my car for 8 hours and never gave me a diagnosis. I had the car serviced there 5 days prior for the same error light, and I paid $335 for a service that I’m not sure was needed, since the service light came on again. And again, they did not calibrate my tires settings like they had promised. Robert had talked me into a $732 brake replacement (which I cancelled) and told me what a great deal that was. When I called around every other shop, including Guaranty Chevrolet’s service dept, the price was much lower. I feel like I have wasted now two days and hundreds of dollars for substandard service. I won’t be visiting your dealer again, and I will let everyone know how bad it is there.
