The wait was too long. I tried to schedule a appointment online for Saturday but the appointment system only allowed me to scheduled during the week day. Also my rear view mirror was loose and I thought the mechanic would just check it out not take it off. I had to drive off with my rear view mirror detached from my window. That concerned me. The service advisor did advise me to contact Gator so I did. Gator will replace my windshield this week... I just wish my rear view mirror was not detach from my windshield and sitting on my car seat as I prepared to leave MK Smith for the day.

Mark Christopher attempted to charge me nearly $500 on a warranty job. I spoke to Andrew and glad he was able to assist me in determining this was a warranty issue that was covered. I’m highly disappointed with Mark Christopher but glad I don’t have to hassle with trying to get money back from them. I will be dealing with MK Smith more often.

Jennifer was committed and provided professional customer service. She would locate me and explain what was being done and what was next and if I needed anything. She also checked for recall or updates instructions which was noticed for my vehicle and she scheduled that to be done as well.
