I was satisfied with the service and my service rep.
One issue did come up that frustrated me. It was when I was told that a third problem, a valve, was found on the brake system that was needing to be replaced. This was discovered the next day when the work was started to replace the 1st two parts from the preliminary inspection. The master cylinder and the booster. I was already paying about $1000 and then I had to payout another S150. I would rather deal with the shock all at once.

My appointment was at 9:30, when we got there they said my car needed a part that they had to order and I was told there was no rental car for me. Even though I had arranged for one when making this appointment. So I drove all the way down there just to get told they didn't have the part nor a rental car and was told to come back another time. It's not close to my house and I'm very pissed off, you wasted my time and gas. I am paying for a warranty for my car which covers anything that goes wrong with my car and I was also told my warranty covered a rental car which is the ONLY reason I bought and am paying for the warranty.
