Absolute worst service ever. I’m so disgusted and frustrated with the service that I’m considering never giving MK Smith my busy again. It took 3 weeks to get my truck back after the work should have taken less than 1 hour. The communication and follow up by Gary was deplorable. Worst possible outcome grease left on my drivers seat, grease left on my hood. Just terrible all the way around.
