Took all day when i made a reservation and there was oil spilled around my oil cap. Also My rear breaks are in the red nothing was mentioned to me about i read the report when i got home.

Car not fixed. There are two problems now. Spoke with the manager on duty tonight and went for a test drive. There is no tech sat 3/2 and states I have an appointment this Monday am and a rental car will be provided. I am very disappointed. I haven’t even made a payment on a brand new car that’s been on the shop now three times with no resolution.

New key purchased was not programmed, only cut. Truck throws code about non coded key when used. Was told that the Passive Anti Theft System (PATS) was not able to be disarmed until engine was started. My understanding is that the PATS would not let the truck start once triggered. So I had to tow my truck home from the dealership. So I had an almost 400$ bill and no running tuck or function spare key.

I’ve used your service department several times since moving to Glendora, first with my 2005 Mustang and with my new car, a 2018 Mustang. While I’m extremely happy with your service department I do have a one concern. The 2018-2019 Mustang GT 5.0 engines require 10 quarts of oil while the 2015-2017 require 8 quarts. I just brought my car in for it’s seconr oil change yesterday and when I got home I read the paperwork and found the technician only put in 8 quarts. When I called back they said my car only needs 8 quarts. I pulled up the owners manual and found the chart with oil capacity and confirmed it takes 10 quarts. I showed this to the service department on my return and they added two quarts of oil. I’m not upset and I don’t want to get anyone in trouble as all your employees are always professional and friendly and always take care of me. Thank Yoy for your time

George is awesome service technician, he knows his stuff and he showed me respect. He introduced himself to me , greeted me and listened to my concerns and questions and answered appropriately. He told me how long the service will be and he called me twice to let me know when my car will be ready. When my car was ready he called me and left me a message that my car was ready for pickup. I will refer my friends to George if my family members need service for their Ford vehicles. I wish we had more George’s around who loves their jobs, have a big smile on their faces when they are helping customers and actually love their jobs and want to be at work all the time.
