I have dealt with Michael several times in the service department and each time has been a five-star experience. I know the dealerships charge a premium for service versus independent mechanics, but the high level of personal service makes it worthwhile.

I purchased my car through Merced Benz in Ontario which gave me 3 years free unlimited car washes which I had planned to do after being serviced.
To my surprise George had my car lined up for a car wash before I could take home.
This was totally appreciated as it saved me a trip to Ontario, great customer service!
