The wait was close to 3 hours for my first service. 2 hours was understandable because it was a day after a holiday (July 4th). It wasn’t until after the 2 hour mark where I checked in to see about my car. They had to bring someone else in to help with mine. Then it was another 30 min. After bring my car home, I noticed a large door ding and contacted my sales person ASAP. He forwarded my email and photos to the SM but yet to hear from her. It was a bad start to my birthday day. Missed my birthday get together because of the delay!

Victor was amazing. He suggested what i needed to consider. When I mentioned that some of the offered services might be duplicative of items covered under a recent service he checked the history and ensured that I would not be billed for anything recently done.
It’s nice to know that my car is up to date on maintenance and not worry about having to work to hard on protecting my cost.
