This was my first time at Sierra Subaru and I was thoroughly satisfied. Mariela was wonderful and friendly and I enjoyed working with her. I will definitely be back and have no problem making Sierra Subaru my go-to service center.

I wonder how long it had been ready up to that point and so the only critical comment I have would be that once my car was ready I would have liked to have been notified. Rafael in service and John, the technician, provided me with extraordinary service on my car. I am so grateful to have come across a warm hearted team of people who took the time to assist me. Rafael listened to the issues with my car and communicated that to John who took time to troubleshoot and found the problem and then fixed it. Also, Rafael was able to get me a loaner while my car was being worked on for about a week. I so appreciate them.
