I still don’t know why my car battery was replaced within one year of purchase and now 2 years later the car battery is dead again. Am I doing something wrong?

Steven is very nice ,reliable and sincere. He communicates with us with honesty about the things needed to be done with my car besides the 2 recalls.He showed us ( me and my husband) the things needed to be done and the amount for fixing my car. While waiting he texted if I have questions or concerns. Since it took a while for us to wait( we were told 4 hours to fix the recall) they found a leak in the transmission. So Steven told us to leave the car behind went home with rental car paid by Subaru. Thank God transmission is still covered by the warranty. Thank you so much,Steven .Very satisfied , job well done.????????????

My service was delayed for many days. But my adviser NEVER called.
And he NEVER returned my calls, except for the very last time before I called, left a message to confirm I could head over to pick up the car.
My adviser also did not give me a rental car voucher and wasted an hour of my time at Enterprise when the Enterprise people had to call him many times without any answer. We eventually had to drive back to Subaru to get a voucher, which was not even ready. Communication with this adviser is horrible
