Absolutely not satisfied with the service. I have never had a problem with your service department before until this last visit. I picked up my car on Wednesday after a simple oil change with oil stains on my cloth door panels. I've tried getting in contact with the service advisor that same day via phone calls and voicemails. To this day I have not heard from him back. I just left the third voicemail requesting a follow up as to what can be done to resolve this issue. At this point, I want the supervisor to contact me.
